Orientation event at PSS

Pak Shama School principal Nabila Kaukab organised a teachers' orientation session on student empowerment and student learning outcomes (SLO). Classroom elements CPPL (Content, Process, Product and Learning environment) were introduced. Kaukab discussed how the learning environment affects students' attention and focus, fosters meaningful learning experiences, supports greater levels of student achievement, and encourages them to develop higher-level critical thinking abilities. A brief conversation on SLO with mentors focused on achieving long-term goals.
