Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Culture and a number of Qatari publishing houses, will participate in the upcoming edition of the Riyadh International Book Fair 2022, which is due to be held on September 29, 2022. The event will continue until October 8, 2022.
The fair, which is being organised by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission, intends to present a wide range of qualitative events through its cultural programme, including dialogue platforms, interactive lectures, and workshops that cover various cultural and artistic fields.
The fair will also organise a session on its role in developing the community's traditions and reading habits, raising cognitive, cultural, literal and artistic awareness through stimulating individuals to further visit book fairs to read, borrow books and attend cultural events associated with the fair.
