To make 'Ever Better Cars', a team of experts from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) visited Qatar recently to listen to customers' feedback on the current models as well as their expectations from upcoming models.
This is part of their 'Genchi Genbutsu' principle (where employees go to the source to get the facts), through which experts from Toyota Motor Corporation meet customers face to face. Such experiences enable them to hone their intuition for making ever-better cars meeting customer expectations and then offering them the best mobility solutions.
The event was attended by loyal Toyota customers along with the senior management from TMC and Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co (AAB).
AAB, too, regularly interacts with its customers, taking feedback and sharing the same with Toyota Motor Corporation, which reflects in the product solutions.

Toyota Motor Corporation undertakes product development that meets customer expectations by capturing market needs and understanding how products are used by customers. At TMC, development of a new product entails defining specific goals to incorporate quality in every stage from product planning and design to production preparation, production, sales and after-sales services. They perform a design review, which allows a product to proceed to the next stage only when a responsible business division head examines and approves whether the product has reached the target quality level.
Carrying on the spirit of founder Sakichi Toyoda that “A product should never be sold unless it has been carefully manufactured and fully tested in the commercial trial, with completely satisfactory results”, Toyota Motor Corporation strongly believes that quality is the lifeblood of a company. Under this belief, it has formulated 'Quality Vision' as its philosophy in ensuring quality that forms the basis of its operations.
The visiting team from TMC realised the passion of the people of Qatar and their love for Toyota. They promised the Qatar community that they will strive to always bring the best product to Qatar through their official distributor, AAB.
They also highlighted the fact that the community should always purchase vehicles from the official distributor, AAB, as it is the authorised entity to bring genuine products and services to Qatar, in order to drive a car that is safe for them and their family.
