Indian socio-cultural organisation Qatar Tamizhar Sangam (QTS) celebrated Teachers' Day recently. Teachers of various Indian schools in Qatar were honoured on the occasion. Indian Community Benevolent Forum president Vinod Nair, MES Indian School vice principal Premila Kannan, Allevia Medical Centre CEO Udayakumar and QTS advisory council member and former president K V Gopala Krishnan were present. Dr Tisha Rachel Jacob, psychiatry specialist, Allevia, spoke on 'Stress Management and Work-Life Balance for Teachers, followed by a Q&A session. Gopala Krishnan, who is leaving Qatar for good after a long stint, was honoured by QTS managing committee.
