The General Cleanliness Department has distributed 185 waste containers dedicated to sorting waste at source, according to the requirements and standards for recycling.
An awareness campaign was also held, covering nine schools for boys and two for girls. The workers, employees, teachers and students were introduced to the benefits of sorting waste at the source and the importance of recycling for the environment.
