More than 150 players participated in a badminton tournament organised by Indian expatriate forum Qatar Tamizhar Sangam (QTS) recently. There were nine categories for boys, girls, men and women. Winners and runner-up, respectively are as follows: Boys U13 singles - Muhammed Yahya Dhasthagir, Monish Raj Sekar. Girls U15 singles - Sanjanaa Nakulan, Harshitha P V. Boys U17 singles - Krishh Zenith, Vijay Ramesh. Women singles 40+ - Vijila Jeyaraj, Bismi Joseph. Men's singles 40+ - Senthil Veeraswamy, Goldwin Antony. Women's doubles - Kundthana Kishore and Suganthi Premkumar, Bismi Joseph and Divya Mol Stephen. Women's singles - Zeena R, Sanjanaa Nakulan. Men's doubles - Mohamed Badardeen and Mohammed Hisham, Arul Ananth and Goldwin Antony. Men's singles - Rajasekar Vellaisamy, Bharath Dhakshinamurthy.
