Rajagiri Public School (RPS) conducted a capacity building programme for middle level leaders. The training session was led by academic director Dr Prashant Palakkappillil. The noted academic and social worker, joined RPS after a 11-year stint as the principal of Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kochi, India. He urged the leaders to adopt the Laissez-faire leadership style while upholding the Rajagirian culture and values. Principal Sanjeev Kumar stated that the school follows a least intrusive leadership style.
