Ehteraz
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has announced the removal of restrictions imposed on commercial activities, with the usage of Ehteraz no longer required from November 1. In a notice published on its official Twitter account on Thursday, the ministry said the decision is in line with the updates to the previous decisions and procedures adopted in Qatar to preserve the safety and health of the citizens and residents, and curb the spread of Covid-19. The ministry said the decision to stop the use of Ehteraz covers shopping malls, gymnasiums, sport events, conferences, exhibitions and events, restaurants and cafes, amusement parks and entertainment centres, beauty centres and salons, weddings, swimming pools and water parks, and theatres and cinemas.
