Mazaya Real Estate Development has revealed a completely new visual identity, which coincides with the "remarkable positive transformation" that the company is witnessing and its aspiration to become one of the leading real estate investment and development companies in Qatar. Mazaya launched its own visual identity away from Mazaya Kuwait (Mazaya Holding), which used the same visual identity as the previous one due to their former association with a co-operation agreement, thus avoiding confusion between the two companies, a press statement noted.

As part of Mazaya’s efforts to expand its investments and diversify sources of income, the new visual identity reflects the company’s expansion plans and ambitions and its aspiration to achieve further growth and development. The new company identity consists of several engineering elements inspired by the company’s name, Mazaya, which expresses the company’s activity and reflects the high ambition of the board of directors.

The visual identity was enhanced by integrating primary and secondary colours to simulate the Qatari environment associated with the company’s activity and its high values, such as trust, quality, and sustainability. Sheikh Salman bin Hassan al-Thani, chairman of the board of directors of Mazaya Real Estate Development, said: “We celebrate the unveiling of our new identity, which goes beyond being just a change at the level of identity to constitute a turning point towards a new beginning that stems from our belief in continuing growth to meet the aspirations of our customers and our shareholders alike.”
He added, “Concurrently, we have updated the company’s vision and mission in line with the principles of Islamic Shariah and Qatar National Vision 2030, and in line with our future goals for the company.”
Sheikh Hamad bin Mohamed al-Thani, vice-president and managing director of Mazaya, said: “The new identity comes after nearly a year of the company’s positive financial performance, which requires the emergence of a new look that reflects the positive image of the company and embodies a new successful transitional phase, God willing. We seek to diversify our investments in different sectors such as education, health, sports and entertainment in line with our vision and goals.”
He added, “While designing our new identity and drawing up our future plans, we did not forget our duty towards society, as we are proud of our Qatari identity and strive to continue developing the human capital base and expanding the use of Qatari competencies and cadres and developing their skills to contribute to the renaissance of our beloved country Qatar.”
