QIIB announced the names of winning customers in its FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 campaign in partnership with Visa, which ran from September 1 to October 30.
The campaign provided opportunity to some 34 QIIB debit/credit visa cardholders to win tickets to attend one of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches.
“This campaign reflects QIIB’s continuous commitment towards rewarding its customers and offering them the best benefits. And one way to honour QIIB customers is by providing them the opportunity to attend the World Cup matches and cheer for their favourite team during such an exceptional event,” the bank said.
Under the campaign, all QIIB visa credit/debit cardholders had the chance to win once they used their cards inside or outside Qatar during the campaign period.
Any transaction of the value of QR100 was considered as one chance to win. However, customers with the highest numbers of transactions during the specified period won, provided their total spending during the period of campaign was not less than QR5,000.
Each of QIIB’s 34 winners will receive two tickets to attend one of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matches in the final, group league, second league, or the quarter-final league, in addition to eight Skybox cards provided by Visa.
New set of winners will be selected on November 10.

All cardholders will also get the chance to win QIIB points from purchases using credit cards and discounts from local and international partners.
