The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Picpa) Doha organised the annual social gathering for its associates recently. A total of 36 participants from different business sectors of Qatar attended. Mary-Ann Salubo, head of associate affairs, spoke about the missions and visions of the institution. A seminar on how to open a business in Qatar was addressed by Hazel Guevara, a Doha-based start-up consultant.
