The Chedi Katara Hotel and Resort was inaugurated on Saturday in the presence of Katara general manager Prof Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim al-Sulaiti, Triple A Company chairman Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulla bin Ghanim al-Thani, and a number of representatives of various sectors.
Prof Dr al-Sulaiti said that the Chedi Katara Hotel and Resort is a joint project between Katara and Triple A under a Build-Operate-Transfer (POT) system, which will encourage and develop investment in the field of tourism through luxurious and modern projects that will further enhance Katara as an international destination for culture, tourism and entertainment.
